After the wild allegation from social media commentator Kevin Taylor alleging that the President of Ghana gave $6 million to his daughter to build a restaurant, some Ghanaian have wondered what the place would be like.
Well, the answer has been provided in a tweet made by Ghanaian food blogger Zubaida.
Zubaida toured the $6m plush restaurant owned by President Akufo-Addo’s daughter in Cantonments, Accra, and gave a candid review of it on Twitter.
Edwina Nana Dokua Akufo-Addo’s restaurant called “NsuomNam” is nothing short of exquisite but also has affordable menu options, as described by the blogger.
She rated the food, service, and reception as “nice” and gave their starters a perfect score but tipped some menus as a little expensive.
The menu for the restaurant managed to find its way online and it was noted that it offered prices ranging from Gh45.00 to Ghc120.00 for starters.
For seafood as your main dish, one is expected to spend from Ghc180.00 to Ghc600.00but for other dishes, a customer must have deeper pockets to fill their bellies.
Taking to Twitter, she wrote: “The food was nice. The starter especially was 10/10. Service was good, plus the owner, the manager & the chef are so nice. The average spends for a drink, starter, main & dessert is ¢400pp.”
